Do you ever call a company and you get an automated voice and wonder how many buttons you have to push to get to talk to a REAL voice? Well here at Side by Side Designs we want you to be able to get that REAL voice without pressing a lot of buttons. You will be given a phone number that belongs to one of us so you can call anytime day or night.
Warranty and Maintenance
Do you ever wonder who is maintaining your site and if you have a warranty on your site? Here at Side by Side Designs we want to sleep well at night and be able to focus on your company. We will provide you with a monthly maintenance agreement that you can call us anytime and we will be there to help you. We also can offer you a warranty on your site should something go wrong. We can provide a backup of your site and all of its information to you as part of that maintenance agreement.
